Collapsible paragraphs

Is there a way to disable the collapse function in newsletters? It seems our latest newsletter has automatically become collapsible.

Hello @CeciliaE00,

Thank you for coming to the community with your question!  I'm not entirely positive what you mean when you say that the paragraphs are being collapsed.  Our system does not have anything that should be doing that, either automatically or otherwise.  Some email clients may be compressing your text, or clipping the message due to length.  If the message length is being clipped, then it would be best to move some of your articles to your website, or to a PDF, and link to those articles.  This will lessen the amount of information in your email, and make it less likely that the content needs to be clipped.
