For two days now, I am not able to use the color selector -- not able to select color for headlines, dividers, text, nothing -- have talked to four different CC agents without avail. The last one said it was not CC, but my computer. I have unblocked, blocked, deleted, changed I don't know how many sites on my laptop and nothing works. I am afraid I am going to end up messing up my computer in the long run. Anyone having this issue?

Based on the notes in yesterday's case, the issue would be connectivity-based. The majority of the time, it's just a simple caching error caused by the browser, and easily resolved by clearing it and restarting the browser. Sometimes it's a browser extension/plugin, network/device security, or a VPN blocking specific elements of our site unless those programs are turned off or our domains are safelisted. I'm not sure what you're referring to when you say "unblocked, blocked, deleted, changed I don't know how many sites," since you shouldn't be needing to do anything with other websites for the troubleshooting.
Besides checking if the issue occurred in other browsers yesterday with phone support, have you had a chance to do any other connectivity troubleshooting? Since we cannot recreate the issue, even when working live with you, it would indicate there's something specific to your current device. Is the issue occurring when you try to access our site on other devices?
