When I change my heading color to another color and save, it looks fine. When I send a test or send the email, the color has changed back. This has been happening for the past four or five emails I have sent out.
Hello @BMPCNC ,
I made a test copy of your current drafted email (CSCTEST_ in your deleted campaigns), and had no issue changing, saving, or receiving the color's I set for different header backgrounds. Even in dark mode on my phone they stayed as set.
Are you making the color changes via the defaults of the lefthand menu Design tab, or the paint-bucket icon for individual rows? Are these emails copied from previous copies of copies, or a more original source like a master template? Are you encountering the same issue in other browsers or in incognito/private mode?
I am making the color change with the paint-bucket and it is an email copied from a previously sent email.
Are you encountering the same issue in other browsers or in incognito/private mode? Does the issue occur with newly made campaigns?
It does not happen in newly made campaigns, but I need to copy the weekly email since much of it is repeated.
