Billing on an account is based on the email plan you are under and the contact tier you fall into. Your contact tier is also based on the maximum number of active contacts you had during the previous billing cycle. The best way to return to this previous plan is to keep your email list under 5,000 contacts. Our system will charge you the correct amount for the following billing cycle.
