Community Survey

I have posted twice to the community in the last couple of days. Each time when I start I get a popup asking me to complete a survey when I am done. When I try to do that, and submit my answers, I get the following:

 

An Unexpected Error has occurred.
  • Your request failed. Please contact your system administrator and provide the date and time you received the error and this Exception ID: 5F1B1F12.

    Click your browser's Back button to continue.

 
If you're going to interrupt what I'm doing to ask for feedback, at least make sure your survey tool works.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention! If you receive this message again, please provide us with a screenshot of the error. You can also disable pop-ups on your browser to help prevent this. Thanks!

Ok, here is a screenshot showing exactly the same error that I originally reported.

Hello @BarryT77,

 

That error may not pop up if you post to the Community while being logged into your account. I will submit your feedback on this, thank you for the screenshot!

Hi @BarryT77. Thank you so much for bringing this issue to our attention. After looking further into this and bringing it to the correct teams, we've fixed the issue so an error shouldn't appear when submitting a survey. We appreciate you taking the time to both filling out the survey and for posting here to let us know that you were not able to complete it.
