Community screen name - how to create one for a new account manager?

Hello @Alexis79 ,

 

At this time, each account only has one Community screen name, regardless of the number of users on it. A Community profile is also defaulted to the account's main address for notifications and other auto-replies, if you've allowed it in your Community settings.
