In the process of trying to send off a weekly email (that has a timeline, I might add) we got the notice that our account was up for a review/was under a compliance review. Told us the number to call and now I'm sitting on hold waiting to speak to someone. If someone's Constant Contact account review is up, it should be Constant Contact's job to reach out to the business to conduct that review instead of blocking off that account's ability to send emails.
Please advise.
