What does Constant Contact's message at top of email draft "Cannot read property 'name' of undefined" mean? We are amidst preparing an email to our Customers & that alert popped at the top of the email draft with no further explanation.
Thank you for reaching out to the Community! I apologize that you are receiving an error message. When you refresh your screen, does that error message go away?
Thanks for your quick reply.
I've not refreshed the screen, but have saved the draft several times as it's edited. It did not go away.
I just "X"'d the alert & it went away, however permanently or temporarily.
It would be helpful to know in any case what caused the alert.
We have found that it may be your Internet Service Provider causing that error message to appear. A break in internet connection may cause it to pop up on your email and not allow you to save your edits. If this happens again and you are not able to save, you may have to recreate the newsletter. Please reach back out to us with a screenshot of the error message if it does happen again! Thank you.
