Confirmation email for opt-in not received by members


We are an organization who send out newsletters monthly. We have over 1000 members who signed up on our website using constant contact sign up form. After signing up, they should be receiving an email asking for confirmation of their subscription. However, our members are complaining that they have never received a confirmation email in their inbox or spam folder. Can someone let me know what is going wrong? Everything is looking ok in the backend.

If your contacts are saying they've already checked all their folders, including spam/junk and promotions/other, then I'd recommend speaking directly with our Deliverability team to see what specialized insight they can offer.


I'd also recommend looking into adding authentication to your account.
