Overwrite vs. Merge

 

Does anyone have any information on 'overwrite vs. merge' for the integration? Also, what is the unique identifier for this integration? Is it the email address?

I would highly recommend reaching out to our Tier 2 technical team for these questions, as they are the experts in everything integration related. They can be reached by calling our support department at 866-289-2101 and letting them know you have questions regarding the Salesforce integration and need to be transferred to Tier 2.
