Connecting my cc account to someone else's facebook account

I do a semi-monthly newsletter for gatewaycycles.com in Mount Sterling, KY.  I want to be able to send my newsletter to his facebook account.  I don't have credentials for his fb account and I can't find how to correctly share his newsletter - which I control - with his fb account - which he controls.  Is there an easy answer?

You will have to have access to his Facebook account, along with his login information in order to connect to social media on Constant Contact. Thanks!
