Hi
I use Constant Contact for our email service.
But I want to use a different service for the Exit Intent Pop UP since it has much more robust options.
I tried to run a test now, but once I subscribe to the Exit Intent pop up, it triggers the welcome email from Constant Contact (and also sends the Exit Intent email from the other app).
How can I turn off the Welcome Email trigger for customers signing up via that service?
Hello @AnnabelW3,
Thank you for reaching out to the Community! You will want to select your Welcome Email under your campaigns tab and select Cancel Series so it can't send anymore. Thanks!
Hi Zoe
Thank you for your prompt reply.
Here is the thing though
The exit intent is only currently active for a specific landing page.
We want the welcome email to continue to be sent for ALL new users EXCEPT those who sign up using the exit intent.
How can this be done?
Hello @AnnabelW3,
You will want to create a List Join Automation Series for customers who sign up after joining specific lists instead of each list you have. Thanks!
Hi Zoe
I still dont understand how creating this list join automation series will cause the Welcome Email to NOT be sent out to people who join from my other Exit Intent pop up?
Can you please elaborate?
Hello @AnnabelW3,
The Welcome Email you have created is set to send to everyone who joins any list in the account. If you create a new one or copy the Welcome Email you have it will allow you to choose only specific lists to send too when people join.
