Constant Contact Data Storage in EU & GDPR

Dears,

Reference to the above subject, does Constant Contact has the option to store the data in the EU?

Moreover, please advice if the statement below is valid?

“Constant Contact is certified to the obligations and standards of the EU-US and Swiss-US Privacy Shields, which means we lawfully transfer and protect the personal data of EU/EEA residents to the U.S. pursuant to the rules of the Federal Trade Commission and the EU. This means that we have already implemented many privacy requirements that are similar to those required by the GDPR.” [source of info]

Appreciate your feedback by return,

Regards,

Dear Caitlin,

Kindly note that we have sent many emails to 'privacy@' and 'Legal@' with ZERO response !!

We have checked all the details about the GDPR but we need more clarifications, do you have any other contact?
Thanks,

Those are the only addresses for those teams, and they will respond as soon as they're able to.
