Constant Contact EventSpot integration with PayPal

Our clients were successfully paying for their event via credit card and the Commerce Street PayPal system as has been done through 6/10/21 and the 10 years previously. Today Constant Contact Tech Support said it's PayPal's problem that they no longer are integrated with Constant Contact Event Spot. Really?.....

Hello @Cstreetcap ,

 

The event system allows PayPal as a way for customers to collect payments for registrations, so I'm not sure where the idea that we're "not integrated" with them is coming from. If you're using PayPal to collect payments for your event, then people will be rerouted to their site to either login or checkout as a guest. If you have further questions on how PayPal handles transactions, please contact their support as all payment transactions occur on their website, per their API requirements.
