I have put in the owner credentials and staff credentials to connect the accounts, but it is not working.
We're so sorry to hear you're unable to connect your MINDBODY account as easily as you should! What exactly happens when you try connecting the two accounts? Are you receiving an error message? Does this happen in more than one browser or a private/incognito window? If you are seeing an error message appear a screenshot is helpful for us to have so we can continue troubleshooting.
