Constant Contact Integration with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM using PowerObjects PowerConstantContact
PowerOjects recently created a PowerConstantContact integration tool and we're considering using it. Looking for feedback from anyone who is currently using it, or familiar with it, or even if you've rejected it (and why). The benefit in using it would be for the larger organization to see opens & click-throughs by contact. Right now, that data is restricted to the marketing group and held within Constant Contact. We'd like sales to have access to engagement history for each of their contacts right in CRM. There isn't much information available to see if using the PowerObjects tool is easy, beneficial, worth the integration, etc.
