Constant Contact Lightbox not showing in Wix Mobile site

I have applied the Constant Contact Lightbox/App to my mail Wix website. The subscription pop-up works when you log into my website via a desktop but the subscription pop-up isn't showing when logged onto using your mobile in either Crome or Safari. What am I missing! Help!?!

Thanks for reaching out to the Community! The Wix lightbox not working on mobile Safari and Chrome is a known issue that we are currently tracking. I have tracked this on your behalf  and we will send you an email once we have been provided a solution. Right now the workaround is to use an inline form instead.

Oof! ok I read and have watched the video about creating a landing page for use in gathering new contacts.... my question is if I add the landing page URL to a button on my Wix site in place of the app will the contacts who sign up still get the automated  "welcome" newsletter?

I believe I have read that Wix doesn't accept the inline application so the landing page could be a solution... maybe?

Yes! That is an excellent solution, and sign-ups via our Lead Generation Landing Pages will trigger your automated welcome email.
