Constant Contact campaign "stuck" on Sending - HELP! Support closes super early at 5pm PST

Constant Contact campaign "stuck" on Sending a campaign. It says "Sending" in black text on an aqua blue background button. Underneath it says "0 sends" I have been a customer since 2017 and it has never been stuck. Email delivery is always within a few minutes. Thanks for help from any after hours crew.

Hello,

 

There was a temporary system issue last night, that the devs needed to pause email sendouts to address. They resolved the issue within a couple hours, and got the emails sending again. We apologize for the temporary delay in sendouts.

This same thing is happening to me. The status is stuck on 'Sending' and it's less than 1000 emails so it's not the size.

Thanks for letting me know. I messaged them on Twitter, but no one answers. It's shocking that a technology company can just disappear at 5pm PST.

Hello all,

 

FYI - The campaign that was "Sending" at 5:03pm PST finally was "Sent" and received by our audience at 6:42pm PST. It was the first time in 6 years that kind of delay happened -- an hour and 42 minutes. I would appreciate if a CC staff member could reply and explain what happened.

Ditto. Ours 'sent' at 9:30. Was scheduled for 7:00.
