Constant Contact email going into spam folder

Constant Contact email going into spam folder

I am having issues with my email campaign going into the spam folder. I tested it myself by sending it to my own email address and it goes right into spam. I changed the subject line content but nothing works. I even tried sending it from a different email address, even though they never marked them as spam. How can I prevent this? I'm fairly new to Constant Contact.

Can anyone help?

If you have ANY tips or advice, it's greatly appreciated.

Hello @BoltM ,

We're sorry to hear you've been running into some issues with spam filtering. Test sends, because they lack authentication, can run a higher risk of ending up in spam folders, especially when sent to the account's primary contact address. However, if you're also seeing this happen regularly even in live sends, I would recommend reaching out to our Deliverabiltiy team. They can do some more in-depth investigation for your account specifically, and also assist you in setting up authentication, whitelisting, etc.
