If you’d like to tell us a little bit about some of the challenges you may be facing with our system, or what you hope to accomplish with it, we can work with you to get those desired results. On another note, we haven’t had any recent price increases, so I’d like to have this looked into for you if you’ve seen an increase in cost. Usually, this happens if additional contacts have been added to an account or if an account goes from prepaid to monthly payments, but we’ll make sure to investigate and get you the right answer. Once we’ve done that I’ll make sure you’re sent an email so as to protect the privacy of your account information.
