Constant Contact running slow

Hi, I'm trying to edit a new email campaign right now that I created from a "branded" email, and the site keeps freezing up on me. It's not my internet connection - it seems to just be affecting the page with the email campaign. I've tried closing and reopening and starting over a couple times and each time I get to the page to customize the email, it freezes up.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention! I apologize you are unable to create these branded emails as easily as you should. What browser are you working in? Have you tried using a different browser or a private/incognito window? I have tested this Branded Template Builder in your account with our own website and was unable to replicate this same experience. So having these details, along with the URL you are using to create your template will allow us to troubleshoot this experience further.
