Constant Contact sign-up page blocked by MalwareBytes browser guard

People are getting blocked by Malwarebytes Browser Guard when they try to go to the Constant Contact page to sign up for my newsletter.  Here’s my sign-up link:

It works OK for me with Chrome, but with Firefox it leads to this error message:

“Website blocked due to phishing

Website blocked: lp.constantcontactpages.com

Malwarebytes Browser Guard blocked this website because it may contain malware activity. We strongly recommend you do not continue.”

People who tried to sign up reported being blocked on other browsers.  Links to my past newsletters are not affected.  How can I fix this?

Hi @KittredgeC. I believe I responded to your message on Twitter earlier this morning. To follow up here, it's possible the http://lp.constantcontact.com domain that is used for our landing pages is being blocked by MalwareBytes which is why your newsletters that use http://myemail.constantcontact.com are not affected. The only way to remove this messaging is to safelist our IP addresses and domains in MalwareBytes.

I can safelist the Constant Contact landing page domain, but won't that only affect my computer?  This sign-up page is for new people to sign up.  If they get blocked, they just give up.  Can't Constant Contact work directly with MalwareBytes to get its landing pages off the danger list? Also -- on my computer this only affects one browser (Firefox) and not Chrome, so that seems like the problem isn't just with MalwareBytes.

This issue is not resolved.  Here's what the Constant Contact chat support said about it just now: “This would appear to be an issue on our end. I will tag your account as one that is being affected.  Customers are reporting that Malware Bytes program blocking the ability to click landing pages… Our team is currently working on this issue and are doing their best to resolve it as soon as possible.”
