Constant Contact site not connecting to host through DNS set-up

I built a simple website with Constant Contact. I connected it to two websites through Dream Host - arkansasipl.com and arkansasipl.org. The DNS / A Record is all connected to point to 66.235.200.119. All is verified. However, the websites do not show up. The blank screen has this message: The connection for this site is not secure arkansasipl.com uses an unsupported protocol. ERR_SSL_VERSION_OR_CIPHER_MISMATCH Dream Host says all is verified - the 66.235.200.119 ip A records are attached to the domains. You can verify this at the URLs below: https://www.whatsmydns.net/#A/www.arkansasipl.org https://www.whatsmydns.net/#A/arkansasipl.org https://www.whatsmydns.net/#A/www.arkansasipl.com https://www.whatsmydns.net/#A/arkansasipl.com The SSL certificate is installed on the server the domain is pointed to. Dreamhost says now it is up to Constant Contact to make these sites go live.

Hello @ArkansasI ,

For assistance regarding sites built using the Website Builder integration, I'd advise speaking with their support team.
