I am having the same problem! Almost everytime I upload photos they come in sideways! They are not sideways on my computer or in my phone, but Constant Contact is rotating them. It's very frustrating and looks very unprofessional sending an email like that. It is way too time consuming to have to go in and edit each photo and especially the fact that Constant Contact will NOT save the image rotated is even worse!
I go into EDIT, Transform, Rotate, then EXPORT. NOTHING CHANGES. I don't know what to do. I used to love Constant Contact, but now I am getting very disappointed and frustrated. I sure hope they fix this issue! PLEASE! Thank You!
My idea, is take out the feature that automatically rotates photos, also FIX the problem with your editing software. There is no save button, and EXPORT does NOT work! Thank you!

We are researching why images taken with a mobile device rotate when uploaded and we will keep you posted on any updates to the issue. I am sorry that you also have difficulty rotating the images using our editor.
As our engineers work to resolve the issue, I can offer a couple of suggestions:
If you don’t see the image rotated after making your initial edits and refreshing the browser, you can also try another browser or try your current browser in incognito mode to see if this could be a browser issue.

Its ridiculous that this isn't solved yet. I called months ago and was told that the fix was "take a screenshot of each picture, save the screenshot, then upload that".
Uh, no. How about you fix your tech issue.
Seriously thinking about switching services now. It takes me half an hour to "edit" my pictures every time I send an email just so I can jump through hoops instead of you guys FIXING the issue.
I apologize you too are seeing this happen with your images! Though you have previously spoken to our chat support about your experience we would be happy to troubleshoot this further for you. In fact what operating system are you using? This is a helpful detail to have along with if you are working with an iPhone or Android, and its model. Also, where inside of Constant Contact are you uploading the image? In the meantime though taking a screenshot of your image is a workaround we suggest, you also have the option of using the image editor in your account to rotate the image.
Hi. This issue still isn't fixed. I am a longtime subscriber to Constant Contact and have recommended it highly to other small businesses. This issue should be resolved. The workaround that has been suggested is not sufficient. Can this correction pleased be moved higher up in the repair que? Thanks.
