I need to access the account that I have set up through you guys at constant contact. I pay for the premium account and I can not access due to the employee that worked for me quit and refuses to give me what I need. I need to reset everything about the account and the last person I spoke to from your company refused to help me start the process. I know the first step is the authentication that I do not have access to due to the employee that quit refuses to help me due to they are having charges brought against them for theft of 10K plus. Please email me ASAP so I can access my account and reset everything for the account. The account is under my email is I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible with a solution that is to my liking.

If you're unable to login to update the account's information, you'll need to call our general support so they can securely collect info and setup an account ownership transfer case. Please make sure to provide the following details to the phone agent:
From there they will submit their case to their team lead, who will follow up on the info and reach back out to you within the next 3-4 business days. Make sure to provide that phone agent any additional details you feel are pertinent to their team lead's process.
