I have had several of my best volunteers complain that that they did not unsubscribe, and they are unsubscribed.
It has reached the point of rediculousness tonight in that I received an email from Constant Contact -- and it said that I UNSUBSCRIBED!!!
HOW TO FIX THIS?
I am losing supporters through no fault of their, or my own.
Thank you for reaching out to the Community! Your email address can get unsubscribed if you forward newsletters to others and they unsubscribe. To get resubscribed, please select this helpful article here to find the resubscribe email notification feature that asks customers to sign up again. If that isn't available, you will have to send them a Lead Generation Landing Page in a personal email outside of Constant Contact so they can sign up again. Thanks!
Thank you for your response. At least I understand why it is happening.
It is unacceptable that someone not on your contact list can unsubscribe one of your subscribers.
This particular issue has cost me my most active supporters who promote our adoptable animals, only to be unsubscribed by someone down the email chain who isn't even familar with our work.
Resubscribing them numerous times is not the answer.
Constant Contact needs to resolve this issue.
