Constantly unable to post to social media.

Ever since Simple Share was discontinued, I cannot link my account to my Facebook page.  My person who does my blasts for me has to wait for the blast to be sent out then manually set up a link to my social media.

We do still have Social Share available for emails that have been either scheduled or already sent o.... Looking at your account, you may still need to get your social media account(s) connected.


One thing to keep in mind is that we only have the permissions to do Facebook posts for business pages, not personal pages. For personal pages you'll still need to do a post directly through Facebook using the email link we provide when an email is scheduled / sent. Please be aware an email link is not live till the email itself is truly sent out, as the email can still be edited while in Scheduled status.
