Consult

We signed up for the extra $25 per month help. A consult was set up and no call came. We've reached out a couple of times and it's somehow not working.  needs help and it hasn't been forthcoming. What's going on?

Thank you for reaching out to the Community! I apologize that you have not received a call yet from one of our marketing advisors. You should have a confirmation email in your inbox from us letting you know what day and time your call will be. We also provide you with a reschedule link if you need it. If you cannot find that email, give our Support team a call and they will be able to assist you with rescheduling.
