This person did not call me. There was no notice that they were not available for whatever reason. I spent 15 minutes chasing this person down and was told I could not reschedule unless I stayed on the line longer. I choose not to do so. I feel my time was not valued at all. Please advise.

What was this consultation call in regards to? Did an agent of ours set it up for you, or was it a request you setup through something like the services page? Are you able to reschedule / setup a new appointment through the link in the confirmation email?
