Contact Engagement Not Fully Shown

I recently started reviewing the engagement of individual contacts and found that for some the list of sent emails has big gaps. Like the example attached, the engagement does not show all of the emails sent in 2021 and none of those in 2020, but skips to 2019. Why is that? Does it mean emails for her were not sent out, even though she is on a contact list - general - that receives 99% of all? Thanks for your help.

Hi @AnthemPets ,

I certainly apologize that you are experiencing issues with the engagement! I am not seeing that we are aware of any issues with missing engagement history. I do see that the contact in the example shown was "Edited October 9, 2021", and after that action, it appears they began to receive your emails again. Is it possible that this contact was accidentally unsubscribed, and then re-subscribed? Or possibly removed from the list, and then added back to it?

If that is not the case, or there are additional contacts you'd like us to investigate beyond this one, I recommend giving us a call at 866-289-2101 so that you can speak with a member of our support team. They will be able to look up and investigate individual contact records for you.
