If a contact was unsubscribed and resubscribed previously, the email address associated with the ContactID may be locked in for Compliance reasons. However if the contact hasn't previously gone through the process, you can try this workaround:
If the above workaround doesn't work, then you may want to call our general support line so they can collect the specific contact's info and work with our Tier 2 team for further, live troubleshooting.
Reply and solution are unacceptable. Please give me control of my contacts to be able to make a simple change to their email address. If you had said to Create a New Contact and Simply Delete the Old Contact I might have responded differently. The Junk Mail response was unacceptable. I can’t believe I’m paying for this inefficiency.
Hello @JoyceS145. You can view and edit contacts as long as they are not unsubscribed. I'm not able to tell from your original post what the status of the contact is but wanted to mention this in case you wanted to edit active contacts.
