I update an Excel file for our monthly news email -- adding, changing, deleting -- yet the number of contacts listed is always the same amount, 1,881. Why?

Hello @LogCabinFabrics ,

I'd recommend checking your Contacts' Import/Export Activity. It seems with your latest import, all the contacts were already in the system with a decent number of them being unsubscribed contacts. It's also important to check your emails' reporting, as bounces are also not included in their send reports.
