Contact List


Hello. I am unable to select my one and only Contact List - it's grayed out. Anyone know why? I am using the Trial but the settings say that I should be able to send an email to my contacts. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you!

Thank you for reaching out to the Community! During your trial, you have 60 days to create campaigns and test them out with up to 100 unique contacts. If your list contains more than that, you will have to upgrade to a paid plan. Thanks!

The same thing is happening to me right now! Is there a problem with the list or is it too many contacts? I want to upgrade my plan but will not do it until I know that I'll be able to use this list once I upgrade. Support is offline on the weekend and they don't take emails. I'll probably be too busy on Monday to call so hoping someone will see this.


Also as a UX enhancement request, there should be a disclaimer that notifies the user why they are unable to select this list. You shouldn't just disable a feature without telling them why.

Hi @AlexaT98. Once you upgrade to a paid account, you will be able to send your email to all of your lists. We will not remove your lists once the upgrade is done.
