Would be nice to have a Contact Page for "overseas" customers who are unable to telephone or chat due to time difference.  I have invoice queries that cannot be addressed due to lack of contact information.

I am so sorry you haven't been able to get in touch with our support! Maintaining your account security is why we would not be able to answer your invoice queries through the Community or Chat. I apologize  for any inconvenience this may cause. We do have an international number available so our international customers can speak to our support. In fact, our Billing Support is available to speak to by phone right now.
