I'm sorry to hear that you're having difficulty with loading your contacts. What browser(s)s have you tried? I was able to pull up your account in my Chrome browser without any trouble.
Could you try another browser if possible? Let us know how that goes!
I first started by using the Safari Browser and all was well for about two three days and then the contact page would not load. Was told to try another browser. I went to Firefox. That was good for three days and then the contact page would not open again. I think the problem should be fixed because I am not going to another browser.
Both Safari and Firefox are great browsers but we often ask you to test in another browser to help narrow down the issue. Where are you located and who is your ISP?
