Contact Subscription


I have a contact who has a status of "pending confirmation" for subscribing to emails.  How/where does she confirm this status?

 In the contact search there is no option to resend a "resubscribe" email.  


Hi @EWGABCSC . At this time, the resubscribe email cannot be sent. However, there is a workaround where your contact will need to set to unsubscribed in order for the confirmation email to be sent again. Here are the steps:

  1. Create a spreadsheet with only this contact in it. This will be your unsubscribed file
  2. Enable advanced permissions under My Settings
  3. Go to the Contacts Page
  4. Upload the unsubscribe file
  5. Open the affected contact profile
  6. Complete the resubscribe flow
