We conduct account reviews to address list imports, content or reader feedback issues by ensuring your familiarity with the terms and service of your account. This helps to ensure optimal delivery rates for all of our customers by maintaining our strong anti-spam policy. Although you cannot send just yet, your account will be active and billable.
During the account review we will work together to better understand these issues and identify solutions to resolve them."

Reviews are an important part of our business, as it helps mitigate spam and scam accounts, ensure compliant emailing, and to safeguard sending reputations for you, our other customers, and for our company as a whole.


To make sure you're assisted, I've forwarded your case to AR for a callback. Typically they're able to respond to these tickets within 24 business hours, depending on their case and call queues. They will attempt to reach out to the account's main phone number multiple times, before sending another follow-up email. Ultimately the Review must be completed over the phone. 


If they're unable to get ahold of you through phone and don't get a response through either the email they've already sent, or the one they'll send after several failed callbacks, you'll need to call them during their hours of operation.
