Contact an Account Review and Delivery Specialist

For some reason, I cannot send a test email to myself today. I have sent it 5 times and still not received it in my Outlook inbox. I also tried sending the email to myself and a few colleagues from CC - I added a small group as a contact list and none of us has received the email from CC. Has this happened to anyone else before? Any ideas on how to resolve this? I need to urgently troubleshoot - Roshanne in South Africa

Forgot to mention - CC says the tests were sent and small group email was successfully sent.

It appears your account is currently under review. You'll need to speak with our Review team over the phone to securely discuss your account status. Thanks for the feedback. It would have been nice to be notified ahead of the review. I have a newsletter that goes out every Monday, which I'm now not able to send to employees! I could have scheduled my email to go out ahead of the review.
