Contact list won't upload

I have been trying to up load a contact list w just first and last name and email.  each has its own column.  See the error message I get below.

This the format for the list to upload.

What can be done to correct this?

Hello @vanguarddfw ,

I'd advise checking your email addresses to make sure they don't have any erroneous symbols, spaces, or other elements included with them, as that will cause them to not be valid for upload and use. Otherwise, please reply directly to the automated @ mention email you receive from my response, with your contact file included. Or call our general support for live troubleshooting of the contact list.

I have been trying to talk to someone for several days and am put on hold for 30-35 minutes before I get tired of the poor customer service.  Your thoughts?

As I said, @vanguarddfw , you can also reply to the automated @ mention email if you don't wish to wait in the phone queue for live troubleshooting.
