Thank you for reaching out to the Community! I apologize that you are experiencing this in your account. Did you delete any of your email address in your account recently, or know anyone that could have access to the account that may have been deleting email addresses?
Hi Zoe, nobody has access to my account and I would never delete my addresses, so it remains a mystery. Your tech support was able to replace the addresses using the database from our last campaign, but all of our email sub lists are gone and we can't explain how any of the info was deleted.
