Contact lists - how to show all of them

I have several lists of contacts. Is there a way I can choose a contact list that’s at the bottom to see the contacts in it? I scroll down, but it doesn’t let me select the last 4 or so lists. I’m using an iPad and have tried viewing it horizontally and vertically. Thanks!

Hi @DarleneJ3. Are you using a browser? If so, which one? When working on a mobile device, we highly recommend using our mobile app as it has a better experience than working directly through a mobile browser.

I’m using the Constant Contact app. Thanks for helping me figure this out!

On the app, I have 21 contact lists and can access the first 17. The last 4 of those I can see but not select (access).

Is your issue occurring when you're viewing the Contacts page, or when you're trying to schedule an email? Are you able to search for the lists by name if the issue is in your Contacts page? Otherwise, we'd advise calling our general support and requesting a transfer to the Tier 2 mobile app team for more specialized, live troubleshooting for the app.
