Contact received multiple copies of an email

One of our contacts using Gmail is receiving multiple copies of email we sent. She states that every time she opens Gmail the email pops up. Any recommendations on how to resolve this for her?

Even with processes in place, it's still possible that a contact could receive multiple copies of an email. Here are a few possible causes, along with how you can fix them. With that said, we would be happy to help take a closer look at this contact for you. Please email us at social_support(at)constantcontact(dot)com with your username, a reference to this post, the email address in question and the name of the campaign they received more than once.
