Contact recently added to a group isn't receiving the scheduled email

Hi,

 

I recently added a contact to an existing group and for some reason, they aren't receiving my scheduled emails. I also asked them to check their spam folder and they don't seem to find it there either.

 

Could you kindly help could fix this issue?
