We are not able to upload csv files into contacts. We have not had any issues prior to yesterday/today. Our last upload was done around 11/1 with no issue. We have tried xls (which never works for us), csv file. We have copied and pasted into new documents and saved. We have started from scratch and unable to get any file to upload.

I'm very sorry you are having trouble with your upload of the csv file. Sometimes this happens when a csv has special characters in the formatting of the columns. You can try removing these or changing it to an xlsx (Excel Workbook) file and process your upload. If these options still don't work, can you please send us an email at social_support(at)constantcontact(dot)com with your username, a reference to this post, the spreadsheet attached, which list you would like to add the contacts to, along with any other information you think is appropriate? Once we have this information, we will be happy to take a look at the spreadsheet to see what may be occurring.
