Contacts Management

Contacts Management

I have deleted 10 contacts from my database but total contacts count does not reflect these deletions. Why not?

Hi @InezR5

I apologize your total contact count didn't reflect when you deleted contacts. If you are deleting contacts it's always good to make sure you delete the contact and not just remove them from a list. An example of this is when you are selecting contacts to delete inside a list. You want to make sure you choose "Delete" under More Actions, this will remove them from the account and the total count. Choosing the option of "Remove from list" simply removes these contacts from the list but keeps them in your total count.

If you are deleting a list of contacts you will have two options to do this as well. Choosing "delete this list only," removes the list as an option but keeps the contacts in the total count. While on the other hand, "delete the list and contacts" removes the list and contacts from your account.
