Today I was sort of doing a round-up of all my contacts. I have my contacts on a spreadsheet in addition to in my constant contact address book. I came across one that was on my spreadsheet up not showing up when I went to Contact Management >Active. This person is not there like she was at the beginning of the month however when I do a search on her, I can see her record. The rep I spoke to on the phone could see her on my list but I could not. Any suggestions? Thanks.
I can understand how important it is to easily find your contacts and apologize this is not the case for you. I took a look at your account and was unable to replicate this same experience. I was able to locate the contact you shared with our Chat Support both in your active section and through our search tool. Because you too were able to find it through our search tool lets us know the contact is in fact in your account. I would suggest sorting your contacts alphabetically. You also have the option of sorting first names in a descending order so M's will be close to the top.
