I am trying to upload new contacts into a specific list that I created. When uploading it tells me that they were all uploading and how many new entries there were however when I go back and click on the actual list to see the contact, nothing is there. So where were my contacts uploaded to because I know I selected the right list in the first place. What can I do to get these contacts in the correct list?
Hello @TimL39. Thanks for reaching out to us. I did see you uploaded some contacts yesterday into your account. However, it looks like the contacts were uploaded without email addresses so this is why they were not appearing in your list, as we cannot send to a contact without an email address. During the upload process, you will want to make sure that your file contains emails and one of your columns has "Email Address" selected and not a custom field like "Contact Email". Hope this helps!
