Contacts - reports

Is there a way, please, to review Contacts added by month? I can see a chart for year-to-date, but not for example: added 20 in January 41 in Feb, 5 in March, etc. I am trying to back-build this metric to compare against as we move forward. (No one at the firm was measuring this previously.) Thank you.

Re: Contacts - reports

Hi @Cowles1978!

Thank you for bringing your question to the Community forum! Unfortunately, we do not have a Contact Added by Month feature built in to Constant Contact; however, you can do a full export of all of your contacts (for help with that, here is the link to an FAQ that will walk you through it), including the "Advanced Info" when exporting, as this will generate a report with the "Created At" column of data included. So using Excel, you can generate that chart yourself, using the data in the exported report. Hopefully that helps, and I will be more than happy to get your feedback to our developers, so we can further improve the product and include features our customers have interest in seeing!
