Were you able to confirm those email addresses were showing as successfully sent to and not bounced? If the emails aren't getting to them at all, it may be worth reaching out to our Deliverability with those email addresses available for further insight.
We can also submit a ticket for a callback if you'd like. Feel free to send us an email at social_support(at)constantcontact(dot)com with your username and the affected email addresses, and we can pass that along to Deliverability with a 48 business hour turnaround.
