I have a total of 535 contacts but only 499 are ACTIVE contacts. I always keep my active under the 500 ceiling because our club cannot afford to pay the higher fees for more contacts. 

My question to you: how do I find the 36 contacts that are INACTIVE  so that I can delete them and make more room to add additional active contacts.

Great question! Your monthly bill is based off of the active contacts in your account. In most cases the difference between your “All” contacts and your “Active” contacts are contact profiles that do not include an email address. Again, you are not charged for these contacts.
